A Webinar on Summer Internship Guidance

A webinar on Summer Internship Guidance was organized by Allana Institute of Management Sciences, Pune for the MBA program in order to cultivate the habit of documenting and to encourage the students to search for the details. The resource person for the webinar was Dr. Sandeep Sadanand Chaugule, Human Resources Management professional, Ph. D in HR with 16+ years of experience in core HR, HR research and Consulting. The webinar saw active attendance of the enthusiastic students who participated in the same with utmost zeal and passion. The program covered various important aspects required for the students to complete their Summer Internships in accordance with the new guidelines. Some of the topics covered during this webinar were identifying companies, selecting the topic of research, questionnaire preparation etc. The program was well conceived and received a good feedback from all the students and was found to be informative, eye opening, value added etc. The webinar was organized and coordinated by Ms. Suvarna Kotalkar, Asst.
