Maintaining the momentum of quality consciousness is crucial in institute. Internal Quality Assurance Cell is conceived as a mechanism to build and ensure a quality culture at the institutional level. The internal quality assurance mechanism of AIMS is called as “Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)”. The IQAC is meant for planning, guiding and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the institute. Allana Institute of Management Sciences (AIMS) has a structured IQAC cell with an aim to maintain detailed records of various activities, stakeholders, statutory requirements etc. as are required for verification, reference, audit and quality improvements.
a) To attain an increased level of transparency, quality and focus on institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
b) To main records of all activities with focus on quality enrichment on progressive basis.
c) To ensure enhancement and integration among the various activities of the institute with focus on adopting the best national and international practices.
d) To provide a sound basis for decision-making to improve institutional functioning.
e) To arrange feedback responses from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality related institutional processes and activities.
f) To promote and support inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality improvements related to attain academic excellence.
The IQAC at AIMS is constituted under the chairmanship of the Director. He is assisted by a Coordinator who shall be a senior faculty member.
